  1. I will miss your posts Goyo. I can tell you are in love with the Philippines and it’s people. Your love really shows in your blog.

We are currently in Cebu and having adventures of our own. My blog is not a “polished” as yours but you may want to check in from time to time as I comment on our stay.

  9. Sorry to see your Cebu blog ending.

I am down in Kingstree, South Carolina with 7 students for our Alternative Spring Break – Rural Experience – another view of US poverty for them.

Did meet a family from Cebu – she is from Talisay and he is from Bohol – she studied at San Carlos and he studied at CIT – well, they served a wonderful utan last Wednesday with buwad – it was great!

They have lived here for 15 years and the only Filipinos in town. Met them at church last Sunday.

Heading back to Michigan in the morning – will stay in touch!

Thank you for sharing your experiences and photos – of course, I showed my new friends your blog!

    Take care!
